Retail Agent Posting Rules Security

Security settings can be modified to allow certain staff members access to the view, add and modify functions on the retail agent posting rules tab.

To Grant Access

1. Click SETUP > Security Administration > user rights templates tab and select the security template.
2. Click [edit].
3. Open Resource Groups > Retail Agent.
4. In the Rights area, the following rights are available under Posting Rules:

• View: When checked, allows theuser to view the posting rules tab.
• Add: Enables the [Add New] link on the on the posting rules tab. If a user does not have this right, the [Add New] link will be disabled.
• Modify: Enables the Save button on the posting rules tab and also permits changes to the Active check box.

5. In the Rights area, make the appropriate selection.
6. On the Navigation Toolbar, click Save.
